Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

- Makes 1 Smoothie
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
- ½ cup milk or vanilla flavored soy milk
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth in texture.
